These terms apply to the motion templates in Tenfo Studio (tenfo.design/studio/): the free live preview and the video and brand guide downloads. By using a template, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the templates.
Provider: TENFO, vl. Hrvoje Baljak, Greda Sunjska 154, 44210 Sunja, Croatia. OIB: 19639074272. Registered in the Croatian crafts register (Obrtni registar). Not in the VAT system (Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act). Email: info@tenfo.design.
1. What the service does
You can customise a template with your own logo, colours, fonts and text, preview it in your browser for free, and, where offered, download it as a video file and as a brand guide (PDF).
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. If you use the templates for a company or a client, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for them.
3. Downloads and Patreon membership
- Downloads are a benefit of a paid membership on our Patreon page (patreon.com/tenfo). To download, you log in with Patreon, and we check whether your membership and tier include downloads. Which tiers include what is shown on the Patreon page and next to the Download button.
- Patreon sells and bills the membership, not us. Payments, billing, taxes (such as VAT), cancellations and refunds of the membership follow Patreon's own terms and policies.
- Your Patreon login is personal. Do not share it or use it to make downloads for other people's accounts.
- If your membership ends, you can no longer make new downloads. Videos and brand guides you already downloaded stay yours to use under section 6.
- Right of withdrawal (EU): if we ever sell a download directly (not through Patreon), you will be asked to agree that the download starts immediately and to confirm, with a tick box, that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We will confirm this to you in writing (for example by email or on the download page).
4. Your uploads
- By uploading or entering a logo, lettermark, font, name or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it in this way, including, for fonts, a licence that allows using the font in videos and documents and, when you download, processing it on our render server.
- Fonts: many commercial font licences do not allow uploading the font file to an online service. Check your font licence before uploading a font file. Fonts chosen from our font list are Google Fonts under open-source licences (mostly the SIL Open Font License) and are free to use in your videos and documents.
- We do not check names or logos. We do not check whether a name, logo or design is free to use or registered as a trademark. That is your responsibility.
- If someone else claims rights in material you uploaded, you are responsible for that claim and you agree to cover the costs it causes us (including reasonable legal costs), to the extent the law allows.
- We may refuse or stop a render, or block access, if material breaks these terms.
5. Fair use: what you must not do
- Upload or create anything unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Use another company's or person's name or logo without permission, or make videos that pretend to come from someone else (impersonation, fake brands, scams, phishing or misleading advertising).
- Use bots, scripts or other automated tools on the templates or the render server, scrape them, overload them, or try to get around download limits, the Patreon check or other protections.
- Copy, take apart (reverse engineer) or reuse the template's code, design or animation outside the service.
6. Using your video and brand guide
- You may use the videos and brand guides you create, worldwide and without time limit, for your own or your clients' branding, marketing and presentations, including commercially and in paid advertising.
- You may not resell, share or publish the template itself, or videos made from it with placeholder content, as a template, mockup or stock product of your own, and you may not use the templates to build a competing template service.
- The template (its design, animation, 3D scenes, photos and code) remains the property of TENFO. Your logo and content in the video remain yours.
- Things shown in the videos: the phone, browser, T-shirt, wall sign, hand and other objects are generic illustrations made or owned by TENFO. They do not mean that any device maker or brand (for example, Apple) is connected with, sponsors or endorses you or your video. Do not use the video to suggest such a connection.
- The colour values in the brand guide (RGB, CMYK) are a starting point; check print colours with your printer.
7. Your files stay yours
- The live preview runs in your browser: your logo, fonts and text are not sent to us while you preview.
- When you download, your files are used only to make your video or PDF and are deleted when it is finished (see the Privacy Policy).
- We never sell, share, publish or keep a library of your logos, fonts or texts, and we never use them to train AI.
- We do not show your logo or video in our portfolio or marketing without your written permission.
8. Availability
- Downloads may be limited per member per day, so the service stays available for everyone.
- Download links work for 24 hours; after that the file is deleted. Please save your file.
- We may change, pause or discontinue templates or features at any time. Paid features are always shown as paid before you use them.
9. If something is wrong with a download
Check your video and brand guide before you use them. If a download you are entitled to is faulty (for example, it does not match the preview you made), write to info@tenfo.design within a reasonable time and we will fix it or make it again. If we cannot, you keep the rights the law gives you as a consumer. The free preview is provided as it is, without guarantees.
10. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the templates, or for how you use your videos (including any claims about names, logos or fonts you used).
- Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health, and nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending access
You can stop using the templates at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by misusing the render server or uploading unlawful material. Sections 4, 6, 10 and 13 continue to apply after that.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here applies, with the date at the top. If a change matters for members, we will announce it on the site or on Patreon before it applies.
13. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply, and you can also go to the courts there.
- Please contact us first at info@tenfo.design. Most problems can be solved quickly.
- EU consumers can also turn to an out-of-court dispute resolution body; the list is on the European Commission's website: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
- If one part of these terms is not valid, the rest still applies.
