This policy explains what personal data tenfo.design (including Tenfo Studio at tenfo.design/studio/) collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you write to us by email, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to handle your inquiry. If you message us on Instagram, Instagram (Meta) handles that message under its own privacy policy, and we see what you send us there.
Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Kept: as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting work, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep business records longer.
Newsletter
If you sign up with the form at the bottom of our pages and tick the box, we receive your email address and send you occasional emails about new templates and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or by writing to info@tenfo.design.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Kept: until you unsubscribe; then your address is deleted.
Templates: live preview
The live preview runs entirely in your browser. The logo, fonts and text you use for a preview are not sent to us. Your choices are remembered only in your own browser (local storage), so they are still there next time; a font file you upload is not remembered (only if the Patreon login opens in the same tab, it is kept in your own browser for that moment and deleted right after). You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
Templates: downloads and Patreon login
Downloads are for members of our Patreon page. When you click Download:
- Patreon login: you log in on Patreon's own page. Patreon then tells us your Patreon user ID and whether your membership of our page includes downloads (your tier and membership status). We do not ask Patreon for your name or email address, we do not keep the Patreon login key, and we never see your Patreon password or payment details.
- Making your file: we send your settings, logo file, text and any font files you uploaded to our render server to create your video or brand guide (PDF). They are used only to make your file and are deleted as soon as it is finished. They are never used for anything else (no AI training, no portfolio, no sharing).
- Your file: the finished file is available through a private link that only works for you, and is deleted automatically after 24 hours. A short record of each job (time, status, file name; never your logo or fonts) is kept for the same 24 hours.
- Limits and misuse: to keep fair download limits and stop misuse, we keep your Patreon user ID with a count of your downloads per day, and we turn your IP address into a scrambled code (a salted hash) that cannot be turned back into your address. Download counts and codes are deleted after 30 days.
- Login cookies: during the Patreon login, a small cookie on render.tenfo.design protects the login for up to 10 minutes. After the check, another small cookie there remembers you are a member for 24 hours, so you do not have to log in for every download.
Legal basis: providing the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the render server (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your membership itself (payments, billing, your Patreon account) is handled by Patreon, Inc. as its own data controller under the Patreon Privacy Policy (patreon.com/policy/privacy).
No tracking
We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking, advertising or social media pixels on tenfo.design.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting automatically records technical data when you visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted after a short period.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and local storage
We only use cookies and local storage the site needs to work, for example to remember that you closed the cookie notice, your light/dark setting, your template choices (local storage, see above) and, for downloads, the Patreon login cookies. Because they are necessary, they do not need your consent. We use no statistics, advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.
Who helps us (processors and other services)
We share data only with the services needed to run the site:
- Namecheap, Inc. hosts the website and the render server.
- Patreon, Inc. handles memberships and the Patreon login (as its own controller, see above).
- Fonts: all fonts, on the website and in the templates, are served from our own server. Your browser does not contact Google for them.
- jsDelivr delivers some open-source code libraries the templates use. Like any web server, it receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected or deleted.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Data portability: receive your data in a common format.
- Withdraw consent (for example, unsubscribe from the newsletter) at any time, without affecting what happened before.
To use any of these rights, write to info@tenfo.design. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
Children
The templates and downloads are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Important changes will be noted on the site.
